By accessing or using the MatrixMinds website and workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. MatrixMinds is operated by Hanumatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Services

MatrixMinds provides live and recorded AI workshops. Each workshop is a digital product that teaches a specific AI skill through hands-on, project-based learning. Workshops are delivered online and accessed through your MatrixMinds account.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Cashfree in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are listed on the website and may change without prior notice.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Since our workshops are digital products with immediate access, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once payment is completed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased workshop, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

Workshop Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased workshop(s) through your account. Access is granted to a single user and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect unauthorised sharing or redistribution of workshop content.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, including videos, slides, templates, code snippets, and supplementary materials, is the intellectual property of Hanumatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright law.

You may use the skills and techniques learned for personal and commercial projects. However, you may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the workshop content itself in any form.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our platform. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping content, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

MatrixMinds workshops are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or earnings from applying the skills taught.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanumatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific workshop in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
