Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MatrixMinds website and workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. MatrixMinds is owned and operated by Amit Consultants and Services ("ACAS"), a registered business in India. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ACAS. Platform technology and workshop delivery are managed by Hanumatrix on behalf of ACAS.

Services

MatrixMinds provides live and recorded AI workshops. Each workshop is a digital product that teaches a specific AI skill through hands-on, project-based learning. Workshops are delivered online and accessed through your MatrixMinds account.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are collected by and on behalf of Amit Consultants and Services (ACAS) through a regulated, internationally certified payment service provider operating under the oversight of the Reserve Bank of India, in Indian Rupees (INR). Tax invoices are issued by ACAS under its registered GSTIN.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Our workshops are digital products delivered with immediate access. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once payment has been successfully completed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased workshop, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue. Resolutions, where possible, will take the form of restoring access rather than issuing a refund.

Workshop Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased workshop or workshops through your account. Access is granted to a single named user and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if we detect unauthorised sharing, redistribution, or attempts to circumvent access controls.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, including videos, slides, templates, code snippets, and supplementary materials, is the intellectual property of Hanumatrix and is protected by copyright law.

You may use the skills and techniques learned for personal and commercial projects. However, you may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell the workshop content itself, in whole or in part, in any form or medium.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our platform. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping content, harvesting personal information of other users, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

MatrixMinds workshops are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or earnings from applying the skills taught.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanumatrix and ACAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific workshop in question.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
