Last published: 5 April 2026 · Last revised: 14 May 2026
MatrixMinds ("we", "us", "our"), a brand owned and operated by Amit Consultants and Services (ACAS), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website and workshops.
Information We Collect
- Account information: Name, email address, and phone number when you sign up.
- Payment information: Transaction reference details necessary to confirm and account for your purchases. Card numbers, UPI identifiers, and bank credentials are entered directly with a regulated payment service provider and are never received or stored by us.
- Usage data: Pages visited, workshop progress, device type, browser, and IP address.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our workshops and learning platform.
- Process your payments through a regulated, internationally certified payment service provider.
- Send you transactional communications such as account verification messages, workshop confirmations, access links, payment receipts, and session reminders.
- Understand how visitors interact with our website, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and make our content more relevant to you.
- Comply with applicable laws, including tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations under Indian law.
Payment Processing
Payments on MatrixMinds are processed by an internationally certified, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment service provider operating under the regulatory oversight of the Reserve Bank of India. Your card numbers, UPI identifiers, and bank credentials are collected and tokenised by that provider on its own secure infrastructure and are never stored on MatrixMinds servers. We receive only the minimum transaction reference information needed to confirm your purchase and issue your receipt.
Billing and tax invoicing is managed by Amit Consultants and Services (ACAS), a registered Indian business. Your name, contact information, and purchase details may be used by ACAS for the purpose of issuing GST-compliant tax invoices as required under Indian law.
Communications
We may send you transactional messages over email, SMS, and other messaging channels you have opted into. These messages relate directly to your account and purchases, and include account verification, workshop confirmations, access links, payment receipts, session reminders, and important service announcements. By providing your contact details during sign-up, you consent to receiving these communications. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by updating your preferences in your account or by contacting us. Some messages, such as those relating to security, billing, and legal notices, are required for the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of while the account remains active.
Analytics and Marketing
We use industry-standard web analytics and advertising-measurement tools to understand how visitors interact with our site, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and serve more relevant content. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. The information is used in aggregate to improve our service. You can manage your advertising preferences through the privacy and ad settings of the platforms you use, and you can request that we disable non-essential tracking for your account at any time by contacting us.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed password storage, scoped access controls, and routine review of our security posture, to protect your personal information. While no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, we take reasonable and proportionate precautions to safeguard your data and to limit the impact of any incident.
Data Retention
We retain your account and usage information for as long as your account remains active. Transactional and tax-related records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian tax and accounting law. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymised, or aggregated.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or out-of-date data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to the retention requirements described above.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India if you believe your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 have been violated.
